This week, across the nation, we celebrate 2019 Direct Support Professional Recognition Week. At Berkshire County Arc we recognize the value of our direct support professionals every day. It is our core service. The consistent quality of our direct support staff—the caring, professionalism, and commitment—is why we have succeeded for 65 years.
Nationally, this is a week set aside to appreciate and acknowledge the services you all provide, work that allows people with disabilities to live happy, fulfilling lives. This year we have been recognizing many of you, one by one, through a series of awards, and through staff profiles that we post on the BCArc website, as well as social media.
