Berkshire County Arc Hires Director of Human Resources
PITTSFIELD, Mass. (Apr. 13, 2017) – Berkshire County Arc hires new Director of Human Resources, Kristi Nastars. Kristi has over 25 years of Human Resources experience. She holds both the SPHR & SHRM-SCP national HR certifications. Her career includes being part of a Corporate Global Human Resource Management Team as well as owning and managing her own recruiting firm.
Nastars said of joining the BCArc team, “The first thing I noticed when I interviewed with BCArc was the devotion, work ethic, and care that the Management and staff have for the individuals we serve, as well as the community and the employees. I feel very fortunate to have joined this agency”.
