- Day Habilitation Services

Free tuition at Berkshire Community College, MCLA, Westfield State, and other public colleges.
Academy Members will take courses once a week:
Sample courses may include:
- Human Rights training
- De-escalating Tense Behavior
- Conflict Resolution Skills
- Guest speakers
- Diversity Training
- Exploring Human Services Careers
- Understanding disabilities: autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, brain injury, etc.
The Academy Members earn a $3,000 stipend at the end of the year — above regular pay — and $2,000 after six months at a position with BCArc.
