Transitions Program

Transitions is a BCArc community-based day service for young adults with disabilities.

 

The goal is to teach individuals skills which will help them to learn independence and gain employment skills. Some of the topics that are addressed are self-advocacy, pre-vocational skills, human rights, emergency awareness, volunteer experiences, business tours, and community exploration.
