About Us
Transitions is a BCArc community-based day service for young adults aged 17-25 with disabilities.
Our Goals
The goal is to teach individuals workplace and life skills that will help them to achieve a more independent lifestyle.
Some of the topics that are addressed are self-advocacy, pre-vocational skills, human rights, emergency awareness, volunteer experiences, business tours, and community exploration.
