What We Do

For over 30 years, BCArc Employment Services, formerly known as The Advantage Employee Network (AEN), has provided comprehensive, individualized employment services that help people with a wide range of disabilities succeed in life and at work. BCArc’s Employment Services has assisted hundreds of people in transitioning into great jobs throughout the Berkshires. Our goal is to cultivate employment for individuals with disabilities. As a non-profit service agency, we are funded by state agencies, Berkshire County school districts and private pay. In keeping with the mission, BCArc’s Employment Services enriches lives through supporting abilities at work.
